For couples looking for a decent stay

The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and the large plasma TV was a nice touch. We ordered dinner at 9:30 PM and it arrived fast. everything was delicious.

It wasn't cheap but it was still acceptable.

Close proximity to the train station made getting around easy. Clean and comfortable room with a standard level of amenities. The air conditioning helped during warm days, though it was a bit noisy at times. Breakfast offered a decent selection, but required careful timing to avoid being rushed. The single inconvenience was the slow check-in process due to peak arrivals, which could be frustrating after a long trip. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with my requests. A few maintenance issues were apparent, like the dated decor and some areas that could use a thorough cleaning, but overall it was a satisfactory stay.

i had a wonderful stay at the novotel! the hotel is super convenient, right next to the train and bus stations. the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. i loved the warm, welcoming atmosphere. also, the breakfast had a nice variety, which i appreciated.

Had a decent stay for 2 nights. The location was super convenient for getting around, and my kids loved the in-room breakfast option! Staff was really helpful, but I wish there was a bit more vibe in the hotel – felt a bit business-like. The parking was solid, no extra pet fees were a bonus.

The executive room boasts a fantastic view of the mountains and a generous size, although it could use a more thorough cleaning. Room service was prompt and the food was delectable, making for a pleasant evening despite some lingering cigarette smoke in a non-smoking space.
