For couples looking for a decent stay

The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and the large plasma TV was a nice touch. We ordered dinner at 9:30 PM and it arrived fast. Everything was delicious.

It wasn't cheap but it was still acceptable.

It was lovely and tidy hotel, exactly as described, with efficient staff and magnificent location right on tram line to get downtown. Location: the venue was near to the airport, World Trade Center and the restaurant. Secteur 1 district was worth exploring🙂

The room was very good sized and well-equipped with a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar.

The staff were extremely helpful, very amiable and helped me with private parking. Good and excellent meals.

Close proximity to the train station made getting around easy. Clean and comfortable room with a standard level of amenities. The air conditioning helped during warm days, though it was a bit noisy at times. Breakfast offered a decent selection, but required careful timing to avoid being rushed. The single inconvenience was the slow check-in process due to peak arrivals. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with my requests. A few maintenance issues were apparent, like the dated decor and some areas that could use a thorough cleaning, but overall it was a satisfactory stay.

I asked for double room with a very comfortable bed, good air conditioning, as for instance, had a comfortable stay. The food was nice - a lot of options. The service was good, the staff were affable.

Good location, good breakfast, very clean and the staff are very helpful.

Bad coffee, beds are not so comfortable, can be a bit noisy and the internet access is a joke. Do not be tempted to pay for the wireless access, yes they unblock Skype but it's just as slow as the normal access so it's not particularly useful.

Very well run hotel, friendly staff and good car parking

We stayed in this hotel as we settled our daughter at the business school. The room was comfortable and quiet- next to the station but no train noise. Tea and coffe is provided in the room - though sadly only paper cups. We ate several times in the hotel restaurant, where the food was good quality but the ambience rather 'generic hotel' with TVs playing with no sound. The town centre is about 15 minutes walk or a short tram ride.

Super convenient spot, just a quick stroll from the station. The rooms were spacious and comfy.

The room was small for a family of three. It would be helpful to have a place to stay with three single beds.

Staff very friendly, excellent service and location

The staff were friendly. The location was so great. We loved exploring local eateries and soaking in the beautiful sights of Grenoble.

In my wife's opinion.

the room was very good sized, with a fantastic view on surrounding mountains. the bed was comfortable, used a laptop safe, a minibar and a sofa bed. the breakfast was delicious, the check in was efficient. the staff was competent, exceptional service.

Some people working there were disappointing.

Easily accessible by car, good underground parking. Close to the centre.

The wardrobe did not have shelves at all, which is not convenient for a long stay.
